Laila | Chicago Newborn Photographer

This week I have been blessed with some amazing little girls in the studio, and miss Laila is no different! Beautiful Laila came to see me on her 11th day of life, she was an itty bitty something, weighing in at only 5 pounds! I first met her parents when I did their maternity session (seen here) a few months ago, and I couldn’t wait to meet her! I was talking with her mom during the session and telling her how relaxed Laila was, especially because usually, the smaller babies are usually super feisty. But nope, not her! Her mom was telling me that when she was pregnant with her, she just tried to stay as calm as possible as to not affect the baby, and I am telling you, it showed! Laila had a serene love bubble around her. There was no disturbing her sweet slumber; I wanted to keep her, she was just so sweet!! She let me get pose after pose, and even flashed a couple of smiles 🙂 I love what I do so much, and sweet babies like Laila remind me of why I love it so much, why I love being a Chicago newborn photographer. I am one lucky lady, to get to do this everyday… #grateful
