Meet beautiful Maiya! This little sweet pea came to see me on her 15th day of life, and did SO good! I knew right from the start that it would be a great session! I didn’t see her eyes not once because she was so sleepy, and she was very relaxed the whole time, simply a dream baby to work with! From her beautiful head of hair to her pretty little toes, Miss Maiya was pure perfection! I loved every moment of working with her and her parents…
Meet handsome Ari. Mr Ari surprised everyone, and made his debut a month early! So when I was able to finally meet him when his parents brought him to the studio, he was 4 weeks old. I met his mommy and daddy when I did their maternity session back in the Fall, and they are the sweetest family ever, I knew Ari’s session was going to be a good one from the beginning! When I first started working with Ari he did try to resist sleep 🙂 but only for a little while, and once he was sleep, he slept like a log! What a sweetheart he was, and he gave me some of the biggest smiles I have ever seen on a newborn, especially when I put him in his elf outfit 😉 He even giggled out loud! Ari is a proud Canadian-American too, so it was my pleasure and honor to use the two flags that his mom brought in for me to incorporate in his session… Loved him!
Let me start off by saying, yet again, that I get THE most beautiful expecting mommies in the studio. Gorgeous Tanya made my job so easy, such a natural poser and her beauty spoke for itself. She had the perfect belly, and her and her husband were the sweetest couple ever!! I surely can’t wait to meet their beautiful baby girl in a few short weeks!!
Meet handsome Joshua! He was the FIRST boy that I had all summer! How funny is that?! An entire summer of nothing but girls in the studio!! Joshua came to see me a little later than the usual age I take newborns, he was 5 weeks old. At this age, it is really hit or miss, as the older babies get, the more alert they are, they start gaining more weight etc…. It becomes harder and sometimes no longer possible to pose them. But let me tell you! Joshua did SO good! Once he was fully fed, he was out like a light, and let me get pose after pose, I was very very proud of him 🙂 And his sibling shots just melted my heart, his big brother Jason was just 4 years old, and did SO good!! He was extremely over-protective over his little brother, who he called “True Love”, you can already tell that they will be best buddies for life! The bond between them was simply adorable…
Meet beautiful Journei. Little miss Journei came to see me on her 7th day of life; she did try to give a hard time in the beginning 😉 but after one feeding, she was out like a light and let me get pose, after pose, after pose… She was so yummy and squishy!!! She just melted my heart… I first met Journei’s parents during their maternity session a couple of months ago and I was so excited to meet their precious daughter!! What an honor it was for me to be able to create these memories for them, something that they will be able to share with Journei one day…
