Julie | Chicago Beverly Newborn Photographer

Meet the latest gorgeous baby girl that came to see me a couple of weeks ago; her name is Julie and she was 8 days old! Let me tell you, she was SO cute and cuddly, with her head full of beautiful curly hair, the cutest nose and cheeks!!.. I could have kept her! Julie did an amazing job and slept the entire session, without making one peep! We got thru all of her setups in a breeze, and we finished with a few pictures of her and her brothers. You see, Julie is baby #4 for this family, and is the only girl!! I can only imagine how happy they were when they found out that they finally had their princess 🙂 Her brothers did so good too, especially the youngest, who was still a baby himself! Mommy’s boys | Oak Lawn Maternity Photographer

Oh how I love my job! I get to meet beautiful clients, I get to know them, and then I get to snuggle their brand new babies when they’re born. Best. Job. EVER! I met this gorgeous mommy to be last week, when she came with her oldest son for her maternity session. She wanted to capture this moment in time before she welcomes her second baby boy in January. She had told me that she had a specific vision for her session, she wanted her 3 year old son to paint her belly 🙂 I was happy to oblige! Nash was a little shy at first, but by the end of the session, we were friends, and had made himself at home at the studio and was the cutest!!! He definitely had a ball painting his mommy’s tummy! Only a few more weeks and I will get to meet that handsome baby boy that is sleeping peacefully in his mommy’s belly, and I cannot wait!

Lee Madison | Chicago Beverly Newborn Photographer

Meet Lee Madison, who came to see me on her 21st day of life! Her original due date was a few weeks later but this little missy had plans of her own and came early! Since she was so tiny, we chose to wait a couple of weeks for her to put on a little more weight, but when I saw her she was still under 5 pounds, SO tiny and adorable!!! Over the years of working with newborns, I have found that the smaller babies are usually a lot more feisty than the bigger babies. Well she proved that theory wrong! She was an *absolute* dream baby to work with! From her relaxed hands to her totally relaxed body, I could have kept her, really! Actually, she was so good that I invited her to come back to model the latest lace wraps I had gotten in from The Knitting Bitty! She was a week older, much chunkier and still did amazing! I think she is meant to be in the modeling business 🙂 Her mommy wanted to see crowns and a very feminine session, I think it all turned out great. We finished the session with sibling shots, and I couldn’t believe the sweetest smile she gave me! She sure does love them, and I know they will protect her, always…
